Below is our schedule for cosplay-related programming, all held on Saturday, Sept 19, on the secondary stage underneath the main stairs.

For contestants in the cosplay contest:

  • Cosplay Contest Sign-ups: first come, first serve: Saturday, Sept 19, 1pm – 3pm
    • Pre-Judging: If you’d like to sign up in the craftsmanship division, you’ll also pick a pre-judging timeslot of 10 minutes. Slots are by appointment, first-come, first-served.
  • Green Room Meeting: Required for all contestants, 3pm-4pm
  • Contest: Saturday, February 14th, 4pm-6pm
    • Cosplay gathering, with photoshoots with the anime mascot standees: 5:15pm-5:45pm

For all cosplayers & all attendees:

  • Cosplay gathering, with photoshoots with the anime mascot standees: 5:15pm-5:45 pm
  • Panel: Whose cosplay is it anyway? Get help for your next cosplay: 6pm-7pm
