This intermediate panel addresses various finishing seam techniques to bump your garments to cosplay competition level, all without an additional serger or overlock machine!
This interactive panel will include a breadth of techniques and the trade-offs of using each, including:
- non-sewing techniques
- hemming
- sewing techniques, such as french, flat felled seams
- supporting materials, such as binding and lining
All attendees will leave with a booklet and samples of seams, along with their own handmade notes for each sample.
