Below is our schedule for all cosplay-related events at the festival:
- For cosplay contestants only:
- Cosplay Contest Sign-ups: first come, first serve: 1pm-3pm
- Pre-Judging: If you signed up for craftsmanship, you’ll also pick a pre-judging timeslot of 10 minutes. Slots are by appointment, first-come, first-served. first-come, first-served.
- Cosplay Contest Green Room Meeting: Required for all contestants, 3pm-4pm, second stage
- For everyone:
- Cosplay Contest: Saturday, September 19, 4pm-6pm
- Cosplay Meetup: 5:15pm-5:45pm. This is the cosplay contest’s half-time show, and any cosplayer, in the contest or not, will get a chance to get great photos of you with the BART mascot standees, hosted by the Cosplay Contests’ Emcee
- Contest Awards: Given from 5:45pm-6pm
- Cosplay Helpline Panel: 6pm-7pm
